Adrian’s teaching begins.
Adrian created an 8-week mindfulness meditation course in 2010 to help people calm their minds. The course covered managing emotions and understanding irrational beliefs. It was offered continuously in various parts of Sydney and interstate for five years. Adrian also delivered a mindfulness training program for a government organization, aiding over five hundred participants in stress management. It became clear that each student had unique concerns needing individual attention.
More learning undertaken.
During this time, Adrian obtained his Diploma in Counselling (CHC51015). Noticing more clients with anger issues, he quickly helped them manage their stress. Adrian then specialized in anger and stress management. Adrian recognized society’s struggles with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. He has adapted his business to help more people cope with these pressures.

“By helping people manage stress and change their beliefs, we can reduce emotional problems like anger, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and relationship issues.”
Adrian’s Approach to Counselling
Adrian is a empathetic, understanding counsellor and life coach who truly wants to help individuals and couples get back on the road to happiness.
Adrian offers confidential, professional, and empowering services. He focuses on addressing current concerns by modifying beliefs and behaviours without delving into the past. Adrian uses Rational Emotive, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Matrix, Logo therapies, Neurolinguistic Programming, and hypnosis to help build a better you.
Real solutions for real people.
“I have observed that in past sessions with psychologists or counsellors, I often left feeling that I was the one who came up with suggestions for addressing my concerns. It seemed that no advice was offered. Additionally, many clients have shared similar experiences.”
It is true that mental health practitioners are trained not to offer solutions but to help clients find their own answers. But unfortunately, many clients miss the subtle nudges from the practitioner.
Do your homework
Adrian ensures that his clients leave each session with a clear plan of action and a list of tasks to complete. He diligently follows up with them between visits to ensure they remain on track and committed to their goals.
