Adrian is available for online sessions and face-to-face counselling.
Adrian works with individuals and couples to overcome life stresses and relationship challenges. His adaptive approach to therapy combines NLP counselling, mindfulness coaching, and hypnotherapy.
Adrian’s experience
In 2010, Adrian developed an 8-week mindfulness meditation course, which ran for 5 years across Sydney and other cities. The course focused on emotional regulation and challenging irrational beliefs.
Adrian has also delivered mindfulness programs for government departments, supporting more than 500 participants in developing stress-management skills.
Adrian holds a Diploma in Counselling (CHC51015) and uses methods that tap into the unconscious mind – Neuro Linguistic Programming, Matrix Therapy, and Hypnotherapy – to help clients change their behaviours and experience lasting change.
