If you are feeling down, low or depressed in any way, shape or form then make sure you laugh until you start crying daily. Watch a funny movie, Carl Barron video, a Seinfeld episode for examples. Or whatever else makes you laugh.
Need help then let me know.

This is my go to on rough days! It really helps turn the frown around!
People who have become depressed have trained their minds and bodies into this negative cycle. They may have experienced something negative in their life and, or are still experiencing it, and continue to only see what is wrong and have become pessimistic in nature. The body has become accustomed to this state of being, sending signals to the brain, which in turn digs up more negativity, releasing more cortisol, building more negative pathways in the brain and the person spirals deeper and deeper into despair.

Very true, and this is something we don’t realise at the time. Very informative 🫶
You don’t have to be in a scary situation to have a panic attack. You could be going about your everyday stuff or asleep in bed. Suddenly you get a strong surge of fear. This switches on the flight / fight reaction in the body. You may feel physical symptoms of panic like a pounding heart, sweating, shortness of breath, nausea, chest pain, or trembling.
