Adrian is a empathetic, understanding counsellor and life coach who truly wants to help individuals and couples get back on the road to happiness.
His services are confidential, professional, and empowering. Adrian does not deal with psycho-analytical therapies, looking back into the past to try and work out why we have concerns now. The past cannot be changed. He deals with existing concerns, looking at ways to modify our beliefs and behaviours. Adrian untilises a mixture of Rational Emotive, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Matrix, Logo therapies, Nero Linguistic Programming and hypnosis. All the above therapies are implemented to build a better you.
