Adrian is a empathetic, understanding counsellor and life coach who truly wants to help individuals and couples get back on the road to happiness and fulfillment.
His services are confidential, professional, and empowering. Adrian does not deal with psycho-analytical therapies, looking back into the past to try and work out why we have concerns now. The past cannot be changed. He deals with existing concerns, looking at ways to modify our beliefs and behaviours. Adrian untilises a mixture of Rational Emotive, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Matrix, Logo therapies, and Nero Linguistic Programming. All the above therapies are implemented to build a better you.

Living in stress is living in survival mode. They are one and the same. Stress is when our body moves out of it's equilibrium.
When we react to something the body produces numerous chemical changes that alter the normal physiological/chemical order.
A stressor is something that disrupts the normal chemical balance of the body and the stress response is what the body does to re-establish it's equilibrium.

My to-do list feels endless and I swear time just vanishes. But you’re totally right, when I actually plan my day instead of winging it, I’m way more productive. (Now if only I could stop getting sucked into scrolling for ‘just five minutes’… anyone else struggle with that? 😂)

Thanks for pointing me to that resource, I’ll definitely check it out. From what I understand, the big difference is timing: ATSD is like the immediate reaction (lasting up to a month), while PTSD sticks around longer and can really reshape how someone copes. Really makes you realize how trauma affects people differently. Appreciate you bringing this up 😊🙏.
