Who is Adrian Spear?

He specialises in Anger & Stress Management and helps folks get out of their rut, out of their past, and create the future they truly want. 

He has been on a continuous learning curve about the power of the mind and how it influences the body, relationships and life for about 15 years. He has developed a series of programmes to help with life’s challenges to enhance calmness, relationships, performance and ultimately happiness. 

Adrian’s Approach to Counselling

He is a empathetic, understanding counsellor and life coach who truly wants to help individuals and couples get back on the road to happiness.

His services are confidential, professional, and empowering. Adrian does not deal with psycho-analytical therapies, looking back into the past to try and work out why we have concerns now. The past cannot be changed. He deals with existing concerns, looking at ways to modify our beliefs and behaviours. Adrian uses a mixture of Rational Emotive, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Matrix, and Logo therapies. He also uses Nero Linguistic Programming.
