Adrian’s Approach to Counselling
Adrian is a empathetic, understanding counsellor and life coach who truly wants to help individuals and couples get back on the road to happiness and fulfillment.
His services are confidential, professional, and empowering. Adrian does not deal with psycho-analytical therapies, looking back into the past to try and work out why we have concerns now. The past cannot be changed. He deals with existing concerns, looking at ways to modify our beliefs and behaviours. Adrian untilises a mixture of Rational Emotive, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Matrix, Logo therapies, and Nero Linguistic Programming. All the above therapies are implemented to build a better you.

So very true, confidence is something we build, and don’t ever stop working on.
Have you planned your week? Sit down and plan out the week as much as possible. I do it on Sunday evenings. Then every evening I fine tune the next day.
If you are not doing this then someone else may do it for you.
